I was using Broad Band for the last one and half year. I made a complaint for not opening. Some of the officials came and tried for rectification but cld not rectify. I was very much disinterested and requested for disconnection as it is not serving any purpose. In the mean time my Tel.Phone with No.23043858 was disconnected for non payment of Oct.2009 bill. As per my information every month I was regularly making payment aftyer one year if they say I have not paid old bill and a part of one month bill. I requested for reconnection so as to allow me to verify my records but they have not helped me and even today my tel.phone with above number is disconnected.BB connection was changed to dail-up connection which is also not functioning. But I am receiving bill for BB and Phone without usage. My BB connection user name is “sivagsv”The same may be verified and further action taken to renew oe disconnect fully if not satisfied by tyhe BSNL authorities
