we have recieved only CST TIN Certificate but not yet recieved VAT TIN Certificate.
You are requested to send our VAT TIN Certificate at the earliest.

WE ARE REGISTERED FROM 1.4.2006 BUT TILL DATE WE HAVE NOT RECEIVED OUR TIN /CST REGISTRATION CERTIFICATE.
MOREOVER WE HAVE APPLIED FOR C FORM ON 11.5.09 FOR OCT-DEC 08 AND JAN-MAR 09 VIDE E APPLICATION WE HAVE NOT RECIEVED THE SAME
