TNSF 2009 MBA MCA Entrance Exam Dates, Eligibility, Courses

TNSF Consortium is situated in Tamil Nadu and conducts MBA MCA Common Entrance Test. The consortium is basically formed in Tamil Nadu and this consortium is known better as Consortium of Self Financing Professional, Arts and Science Colleges in Tamil Nadu. This test is conduced for the courses like MBA/MCA.

Available Courses :

The courses that can be availed through this test are:
• Masters in Business Administration (MBA)
• Masters In Computer Application (MCA)

Eligibility criteria :

For MBA:

• The candidate must have a pass Bachelor’s degree in any trade.
• The candidates having a Diploma after their 10th exam and a minimum of 3 years degree are also eligible to apply for the courses.

For MCA:

• The candidates who are having a pass Bachelor’s degree in any trade and has studied Mathematics at 10+2 level are eligible.
• The candidates having a Diploma with a degree of minimum 3 years are also eligible to apply for the courses but they should have studied Mathematics as one of the subjects.

Proposed important dates:

1. Availability of application forms – 3rd week of August
2. Last date for the submission of application forms – end of august
3. Issue of hall tickets – 1st week of September
4. Entrance examination — 2nd week of September
5. Declaration of results — 3rd week of September

Examination Pattern :

For MBA:

• The total duration of the test will be 2 hours.
• Their will be 100 question of Multiple Choice Type.
• The test will be consisting of the sections like : Comprehension, mathematical problems, data sufficiency, English

For MCA:

• The total duration of the test will be 2 hours.
• Their will be 100 question of Multiple Choice Type.
• The test will be consisting of the sections like : Quantitative ability, Analytical reasoning, Logical reasoning, Computer awareness
