JNTU PACET 2009 Entrance Exam Date, Eligibility, Exam Pattern
NTU stands for Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University which conducts Common Entrance Test for admission to Planning and Architecture called PACET. The admission to this course entirely depends on merit and the admission is to granted to 5 year B.Arch., 4 year B.Planning and 6 year B.Arch. there is also a separate course called PTDC (Part Time Degree Course) for the diploma holders and the duration of the course is 6 years.
Eligibility :
• The candidate must be Indian
• The candidate must also belong to Andhra Pradesh
• The minimum age of the candidate is 16 years and there is no limit on the upper age
• The candidate must be clear pass in class 12th examination with a minimum of 50% marks.

• availability of application forms – may 2009
• last date for the submission of application forms – June 2009
• date of examination – July 2009
Examination pattern and syllabus:
• The examination will be divided into 2 parts
• Test 1 : drawing – duration 2 hours
• Test 2 : Aesthetic Sensitivity Test – duration 2 hours
• The tests are computer based
