Online booking and travel agent for flight and bus website FlightRaja.com has been changed to ViaWorld! If you type www.flightraja.com in the address bar, you will get the same homepage just like before, but if you check the URL address again, it will be something like http://www.viaworld.in/bdo?. It means that FlightRaja.com wants to change it’s URL name to ViaWorld.in and you are being re-directing to a new address.

Video sharing website YouTube has launched a localized version of its site in India.
The new site will feature regional and localized content with a search homepage that focuses on videos and links related to India.
“We are very excited to bring a local version of YouTube to India considering the passion of users here for music and entertainment.” said Steve Chen, CTO and co-founder of YouTube.
“For a culture that is steeped both in video and in storytelling, and where everyone has a voice -YouTube India will not only offer Indian users more relevant content but also provide a platform to share India’s unique and diverse culture and lifestyle with the largest online video community in the world.”

I was browsing blogs and websites from Mizoram one after another and I saw a whole lot of change in www.maratechnology.com today. I thought it was a static website before and friendly to me; I use ‘friendly’ because I have been visiting and seeing it for the past 3 years the same homepage and I have not seen changes so far other than that some changes in List order or arrows for the link in the homepage to the single pages.
Yes, Maratechnology.com has made a decision to use WordPress (Blog Tool and Weblog Platform) and it runs on WordPress 2.5, the latest and believed to be stable one. The first blog entry was post on April 11th, 2008.
Maratechnology has been online since December 10, 2004 and it has been one of the most pupular websites from Maraland in Mizoram(North East India). The reason for changing from static to dynamic website is not immediately known; we believe that static pages consume a lot of time and that’s one of the reason why they choose easy-to-use web blog platform – WordPress.
